NFA Item Return Policy

If you are ordering any NFA item — including but not limited to Suppressors — ensure you read these items’ cancelation and return policies.

  • A 10 percent cancelation fee will be applied if an order is canceled before the NFA paperwork has been submitted.
  • A 50 percent cancelation fee will be applied if an order is canceled after the NFA paperwork has been submitted. The fee will cover transfer fees and shipping.

General Return Policy

You can return items within 30 days of the ship date. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special order items are non-returnable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in non-used condition. All items must be in original packaging. Any accessories in the original shipment must be included.

Please include a filled-out RMA Form with a description of the issue surrounding the return of the product, including your phone number, email address and method of payment (for refund). Click here for RMA Form.

Refund & Replacement Information

Your refund or replacement will be processed after we receive, inspect, and verify your return.

We will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) of delivery. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund or replacement order as soon as it has been fully processed. The risk of loss for the returned product shall be with the purchaser at all times during the shipment of such product to Elite Iron and with respect to any shipments from the returns center back to you.

Shipping of suppressors can only be done to a current FFL holder and will only be transferred when Tax Stamp has been paid for and processed.

General Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after payment has been processed will be subject to a processing fee. The processing fee will be used to cover costs associated with transaction fees and will be 6 percent of the purchase price.

Elite Iron Suppressor Guarantee / Defective Products

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Elite Iron has a rigid manufacturing and assembly process for building the highest quality sound suppressors for you, our customer.  We guarantee that our suppressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship during the normal use lifetime of the suppressor. If the suppressor needs to be inspected or serviced at any time, when determined that the product is at fault, we will repair the product free of charge.

Elite Iron may cover those occasional first “oops” at our discretion where the customer caused damage to the internals of the suppressor by mistake, and the registered tube was not damaged beyond repair.

This warranty does not cover damage to either the sound suppressor or host weapon resulting in whole or in part from:

  • Use in a criminal act
  • Negligence or abuse
  • Any modifications
  • Careless handling
  • Use of improperly loaded ammunition or the use of surplus ammunition.

Elite Iron assumes no liability for damages or bodily injury caused by the above-mentioned conditions. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Titanium Centerfire Model Suppressors limited Warranty

Due to the nature of the titanium material when introduced to the corrosion factor of burning propellants, all centerfire models are limited to our material and workmanship guarantee only.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Repair Services

Before sending a suppressor to Elite iron for repair, please call us at (406) 244-0234 to discuss the possible service reason and/or concern. Once we have determined that the item needs to be serviced by the company, we will schedule the work order for your repair. A copy of the front of the approved Form 4 must accompany the suppressor, or for dealer warranties, a copy of the Form 3.

Please include all contact information, return address, and a brief note describing the issue or circumstances, including the weapon type and ammunition being used.

If the suppressor is damaged beyond repair, the customer may purchase a replacement suppressor of the same model at 50 percent of MSRP.
